Who runs this site, and who answers for what it publishes. The registry details a trading company would list are absent because there is no registered company yet, rather than because they were left out.
Who runs this site
Ariavor is an independent practice run by Niklas Hoeppener. It is not yet incorporated or registered as a trading business, so there is no company number, no registered office and no VAT identification number to publish. This page is updated the moment any of that changes.

Responsible for editorial content
Niklas Hoeppener is responsible for the editorial content of this site under § 18 (2) MStV, including the articles published in the journal, and is reachable at the email address above.
Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board under the VSBG. The European Commission closed its online dispute resolution platform on 20 July 2025, so there is no longer a platform to link to.
Liability for content
As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under § 7 (1) DDG and the general laws. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG we are not obliged to monitor third-party information we transmit or store, nor to investigate circumstances that point to unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected, but any liability in that respect begins only once we know of a specific infringement. Tell us about one and we will take the content down without delay.
Liability for links
Our site links to external websites whose content is outside our control, so we cannot accept any liability for it. The provider or operator of a linked page is always responsible for what it contains. We checked every linked page for legal infringements when the link was made and none were apparent at that time. Permanent monitoring without concrete evidence of an infringement would be unreasonable, yet we will remove a link as soon as we learn that it points to something unlawful.

Downloads and copies of this site are permitted for private, non-commercial use.
