    What it is
    An independent data and AI consultancy. It is deliberately small rather than a growing agency, and it is not a software vendor, a reseller or a staffing firm.
    Founder
    Niklas Hoeppener, who leads every engagement personally from the first call through to handover, so the person who scopes the work is the person who does it.
    Experience
    Four years inside controlling, closing books and defending the numbers in them, followed by eleven years of BI consulting across Europe in Power BI, DAX, Microsoft Fabric and the data architecture underneath them.

    The core position
    AI is only as smart as the data model beneath it. Most AI pilots fail on the data rather than on the model, because an assistant inherits whatever definitions already live in the source systems. We build the governed semantic layer that fixes that.
    Foundation, the first tier
    Making data AI-ready: clean semantic models, governed metrics, Microsoft Fabric, DAX, data engineering and migration off spreadsheets. Most engagements start here, and some stay here.
    Activation Sprint, the second tier
    Turning that foundation into decisions: executive dashboards, KPI systems, self-service BI and governed templates.
    Acceleration, the third tier
    AI applications attached to the governed model: Copilot integration, Fabric Data Agents, custom AI apps and forecasting.
    Technology
    Microsoft Fabric, Power BI and DAX, plus the semantic modelling and data governance around them.

    A recommended path and a quote come out of the free consultation at no charge, and the document is yours to keep whether or not you work with us.
    The written audit is billed
    Three days, at a fixed price. We map sources, metrics and workflows, then write up a diagnosis. There are no blind retainers.
    Building is scoped
    Foundation first, then up the tiers, with weekly check-ins and no black box.
    Handover is your call
    We train your team and hand over, or stay on as a retainer, whichever you prefer.
